Slow Cooker Beef Barley Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb beef stew meat
    1 1/4 cups chopped carrots
    1 1/4 cups chopped onions
    3/4 cup chopped celery
    5 cups water
    1 teaspoon parsley flakes
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1 teaspoon sugar
    2 tablespoons beef bouillon powder
    1/2 cup pearl barley
    1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in slow cooker in order given.
    Cook on Low for 8-10 hours or High for 4-5 hours.
