Tuscan Pear Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb) bag romaine lettuce
1 (1 lb) bag baby lettuce or (1 lb) bag spinach
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup fresh bacon bits
1 (4 ounce) container gorgonzola or (4 ounce) container feta, crumbles
1 pear, sliced
1/2 cup pecans
1 cup sliced strawberry
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon celery salt
Preparation

Combine lettuces, celery, bacon, cheese, pear, pecans and strawberries in a large bowl.
In a smaller bowl, combine remaining ingredients with a wire whisk.
Pour dressing over the salad and toss well.
