Grilled Smoked Gouda Cheese With Capicola Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices sourdough bread
    4 tablespoons unsalted butter (Room Temperature)
    8 slices smoked gouda cheese (1 ounce each)
    4 slices capicola (2 ounces)
    2 tablespoons hot mustard (Split)
    2 bunches red radishes (Sliced)
    4 dill pickles (sliced)
    2 cups mixed baby greens
Preparation
    Butter the Sour Dough Bread, place in a hot skillet,1-slice Smoked Gouda 1-slice Capicola, spread Hot Mustard, 1-slice Smoked Gouda and Sour Dough Bread. Grill sandwich on both sides.
    Remove sandwich, slice in half and place on a lunch plate.
    Garnish plates with sliced Dill Pickles, Radish Slices and Baby Mixed Greens.
