Whole Wheat Apple Snack Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    3 tablespoons natural bran
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
    3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    3 cups shredded apples
    1 1/8 cups honey
    3/8 cup safflower oil
    3/4 cup nuts (optional)
    2 medium eggs, well beaten
    3/4 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients then stir in honey, oil and eggs. Add the vanilla, then apples and nuts (optional)
    Mix well and put in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until it tests done.
