Quick & Easy Black Bean Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup onion, chopped
3/4 cup celery, chopped
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15 ounce) can refried black beans
1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilies
1/2 cup mild thick & chunky salsa
1 1/2 cups beef stock
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
1/4 teaspoon dry oregano
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a pot, bring to a boil on medium high heat.
Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
