Orange Liqueur Fruit Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    400 ml sour cream, must be full-fat
    4 tablespoons glayva or 4 tablespoons orange liqueur, of choice
    4 tablespoons brown sugar
    2 tablespoons orange juice
    2 teaspoons grated orange rind
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a bowl, whip with electric beaters until the mixture thickens (this can take up to 10 minutes.
    Serve with a platter of fresh fruit chunks.
