Shirred Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon butter
    2 eggs
    salt
Preparation
    Preheat the oven. To 375 degrees F.
    Melt the butter in a small heat proof dish.
    Crack the eggs into the dish and bake for 10-15 minutes.
    The whites should be cooked, but not hard.
    Serve with toast.
