Apple Juice Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups apple juice
    5 1/2 cups sugar
    1 (1 3/4 ounce) packet Certo (3/8 cup)
Preparation
    Bring juice, pectin and food coloring (if using) to a boil.
    Add sugar.
    Boil 2 minutes, stirring all the while.
    Skim off any foam.
    Pour into prepared jars.
    Sit upside down till cooled.
