Couscous With Sweet Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups chicken stock
    1 cup couscous
    1 1/2 cups corn
    1 cup tomatoes, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    2 tablespoons chives, snipped
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation
    In a saucepan, bring the stock to a boil. Add the couscous. Cover the pan and remove from heat.
    Let stand about 6 minutes or until all of the liquid has been absorbed. Fluff with a fork.
    In a large nonstick frying pan over medium heat, combine the corn, tomatoes, garlic, chili powder and cinnamon.
    Cook until the liquid from the tomatoes evaporates, about 5 minutes.
    Stir in the chives and lemon juice. Add the couscous and stir to combine.
