Michigan Cherry Muffins - cooking recipe

    1 cup brown sugar
    1 1/2 cups flour
    1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
    muffins
    3 cups flour
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon cinnamon
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 cup oil
    2 tablespoons oil
    1 3/4 cups whole milk
    2 cups chopped cherries
Preparation
    preheat oven to 350.

    beat until a coarse crumb is formed.

    mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    add eggs and stir until combined.
    pour in oil and milk and mix thoroughly
    fold in cherries.
    pour into greased muffin tins and sprinkle with topping
