C-C-P - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    2 cups cauliflower florets
    1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
    1 medium onion
    2 medium carrots
    1/4 cup pumpkin seeds, hulled
Preparation
    Slice onion thin; separate into rings.
    Peel carrots and slice diagonally.
    Saute onion in oil 1 to 2 minutes.
    Toss in cauliflower and carrots.
    Add a bit of water; cover and steam vegetables about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Toss with parsley and pumpkin seeds.
    Serve hot.
