Glazed Orange Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs baby carrots
    2 tablespoons butter (or margarine)
    1/4 cup orange juice concentrate, thawed
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    2 tablespoons parsley, fresh (or 1 tsp. dried parsley)
Preparation
    Cover carrots with water, bring to boil.
    Simmer until crisp tender.
    Melt butter, stir in orange juice concentrate, parsley and sugar.
    Pour over carrots.
    Cook and stir until glaze thickens.
