Aunt Martha'S Pork Chops Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless pork loin chops
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1 tablespoon yellow mustard
    2 tablespoons flour
    2 tablespoons unsalted butter
    1 1/4 cups chicken stock
    1 small yellow onion, chopped
Preparation
    Season flour with salt and pepper.
    Spread mustard on chops and dredge in flour.
    Heat a skillet on med high, and melt butter.
    Brown chops in butter on both sides for 2 minutes.
    Add onion and broth and cover, simmer 10 minutes.
