Kfc The Real Thing....Not Copycat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 teaspoon white pepper (Sarawak, Malaysia)
    3/4 teaspoon black pepper (Tellicherry, India)
    1 teaspoon sage (Dalmatian)
    3/8 teaspoon coriander (Indian)
    1/3 teaspoon ginger, important* (Jamaican)
    1/4 teaspoon ancho chili, peper important* (Mexican)
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean, impotant* (Tahitian)
    1/4 teaspoon bay leaf (Turkish)
    1/4 teaspoon savory (Canadian)
    1/8 teaspoon clove (East Indies)
    1/8 teaspoon cardamom (Guatamalan)
    2 1/8 teaspoons salt (Post mix)
    1 cup cake flour or 1 cup soft flour
Preparation
    Very important to have the good ingredients for the Ginger, Chili and Tahitian Vanilla beans -- Without them, you will not have the right smell and taste --.
    Have the piece of chicken soak in one beated egg then dump in the flour spices mix then in the pressure cooker -- 11 to 12 minutes. Cotton seed or Corn oil is prefered.
