Carrot Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups grated carrots
    2 cups crushed soda crackers
    1/2 cup grated cheese
    1 cup rich milk or 1 cup cream
    1 large onion, grated
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    3 eggs
    sage
    salt
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350* for 1 1/2 hours. Set loaf pan in a water bath during baking.
