Creamy Crock Pot Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs frozen corn kernels, I like white and yellow mix
    4 tablespoons butter
    1/4 cup low-fat milk
    8 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
    1/2 cup chopped scallion
    1/2 teaspoon curry powder, use more to taste
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste
Preparation
    Spray the inside of your slow cooker/Crock pot with non stick cooking spray.
    Place all ingredients into the crock pot.
    Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, stirring well after the first 60 - 90 minutes.
