Banana Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 - 3/4 cup sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    2 tablespoons vinegar
    1 green apple
    1 red apple
    1 yellow apple
    2 -3 bananas
Preparation
    Melt butter in sauce pan, over low heat; Cool.
    Gradually stir in sugar, egg and vinegar.
    Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly; Cool completely.
    Chop apples and bananas.
    Pour dressing over fruit and mix gently.
    Enjoy.
