3 tablespoons nut butter, your choice
1 cup non-dairy milk substitute (I always use vanilla soymilk)
1 banana, frozen
1 cup frozen fruit, your choice
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon flax seed oil
Preparation

In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth.
If you like a thinner shake, add more milk.
