Healthy Tofu Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup raw cashews
    1/3 cup water
    1/3 cup lemon juice
    1 lb medium firm tofu, drained and rinsed
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon onion powder
    1 tablespoon honey
    1 tablespoon fresh dill (optional)
Preparation
    Place the ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Do not underblend.
    Pour into serving jars and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
