Mom Bennett'S Gooseberry Pie Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups fresh gooseberries
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1/2 cup water
    1/4 cup flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Preparation
    You may need more sugar if your gooseberries are tarter than you thought.
    You cook this all together till its thick and hot. Put this between 2 pie shells and bake if you want.
