Healthy Chicken Salad Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb cooked boneless skinless chicken breast
    1/2 cup mustard
    1/2 cup dill relish
    1/2 cup chopped scallion
    1 teaspoon dill weed
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon pepper
    2 slices whole wheat bread or 2 slices toast
    lettuce
    tomatoes
Preparation
    Shred chicken in a food processor and mix in seasonings.
    Serve on bread with lettuce and tomato.
