Crunchy Peaches And Cream Quinoa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup water
    1 cup 1% low-fat milk
    1 cup quinoa, rinsed
    1 tablespoon butter
    1 tablespoon honey
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 cup frozen peach slices
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 pecan halves, toasted
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in saucepan over medium high heat.
    Bring to a boil, then reduce to a low simmer. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
    Remove from heat and allow to sit for an additional 15 minutes.
    Top with toasted pecans and serve.
