Limoncello Sorbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients

250 ml water
1/2 cup sugar
2 lemons, juice and zest
125 ml limoncello

Preparation

Bring water to boil, add sugar and lemon zest. Stir until sugar has dissolved then cool.
Strain out zest and add lemon juice. Freeze over night.
