Chicken Livers Indonesian - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tablespoon butter
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 lb chicken liver
1 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup almonds, ground
1 tablespoon fresh lemon rind, grated
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation

Melt butter in frying pan over medium heat.
Add onion, garlic, and chili powder and saute for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add livers and saute until they are cooked through but still pink inside.
Lower heat.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve over rice.
