Oven Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups long grain rice (white)
    3 1/2 cups cold water
    1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
    1 cup chopped green pepper
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 cup chopped mushroom
    1/3 cup vegetable oil
    1/2 cup soy sauce
Preparation
    Mix all together in a 9x13 pan and seal tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. Stir and serve.
