Sunkist Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
1/3 cup oleo
1 (18 1/2 ounce) package lemon cake mix
2 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
1/4 cup lemon juice
confectioners' sugar

Preparation

Mix egg, oleo, and cake mix until crumbly. Press in ungreased 9x9-inch pan; bake at 350* for 15 minutes.
Beat remaining ingredients; pour over hot crust. Bake 15 minutes or until light brown. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
