Fruitcake Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup light brown sugar
    1 1/2 tablespoons butter or 1 1/2 tablespoons margarine
    1/2 cup flour
    1 1/2 cups cold water
    2 teaspoons cider vinegar
    1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Cut in butter to brown sugar.
    Add flour and mix well.
    Blend in water.
    Cook until thick.
    Add vinegar and nutmeg.
    Serve warm.
