Candied Walnut Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, boneless, cooked and chopped
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup candied walnuts, finely chopped (see chef's note below)
    1 stalk celery, finely chopped
    2 teaspoons lemon juice
    1 teaspoon dill weed
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
    2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
    3. Chef's Note: To candy walnuts, add 2 teaspoons butter and 1/2 cup walnuts to saute pan. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon sugar over walnuts. Warm over medium heat until walnuts are toasted and sugar carmelized (approx. 10 minutes).
