Heavy Cream Substitute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese or 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
    1 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt
Preparation
    Combine the ingredients and mix until well blended and smooth.
    Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
    For best results, refridgerate at least 10 hours before using.
    Use as needed.
