Mediterranean Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1/3 cup lemon juice
    3 -4 small garlic cloves (to your taste, pressed or minced)
    sea salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Press garlic and let it sit for 5 minutes to get the goodness out of it.
    Put the lemon juice in a bowl and slowly add the olive oil, whisking all the time; the slower you add it and the faster you whisk it, the creamier and thicker it will get.
    Add the garlic, salt, and pepper and whisk again.
    Put in a glass jar and refrigerater.
    You will have to bring it to room temperature before adding to a salad because olive oil gets thick when cold.
