Sloe Gin Fizz - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces sloe gin
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 lemon, juice of
soda water

Preparation

Shake well with cracked ice all but club soda.
Strain into highball/collins glass over 2 ice cubes.
Fill with chilled club soda.
Stir gently.
