Orange Oregano Sorbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 cups fresh orange juice
    3 tablespoons honey or 3 tablespoons sugar
    2 teaspoons grated orange zest
    2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
    1/2 lemon, juice of, freshly-squeezed
    2 tablespoons mild fresh oregano
    1 tablespoon vodka (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in blender and process until the leaves are well pulverized.
    Pour into bowl of ice cream maker freezer and freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
