Low Carb Baking Blend - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup oat fiber
    1/2 cup coconut flour
    1/3 cup golden flax seed meal
    3 tablespoons almond flour
    3 tablespoons gelatin
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. I also usually add a pinch of Gluccomannan. Use a good gelantin such as Great Lakes for health benefits.
    Store in airtight container.
