Tri Dal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    100 g mung dal
    100 g channa dal
    1 pinch hing
    100 g arhar dal
    1 tejpatta (bay leaf)
    salt
    1 piece ginger (1 inch)
    1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
    2 green chilies
    2 tablespoons ghee
    coriander
    2 cardamoms (small)
    2 lemons
    1 teaspoon jeera powder
    1 teaspoon garam masala
Preparation
    Soak the dal in water for 1 hour.
    Put it in a pressure cooker.
    Add salt and turmeric powder.
    Wait for 2-3 whistles.
    Turn off the gas.
    Heat ghee in a kadahi.
    Add jeera, bay leaf, cardamoms, hing, garam masala, ginger and green chilly.
    Add dal.
    Put lemon juice and garam masala powder.
    Add chopped coriander.
    Serve hot with Potato Bharta.
