Crock Pot Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 corned beef brisket
    1 quart apple juice
    1 cup of packed brown sugar
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    8 small red potatoes
    2 chopped carrots
    1 chopped onion
    1/2 head cabbage, cut into chunks
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in crock pot. Cook for 10 hours on LOW.
    Serve with the vegetables and some of the cooking liquid as a gravy.
