2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Store in an airtight container.
Shake before using to blend.
Flavors usually become more pronounced the longer the seasoning mixture is on the meat or fish.
