Easy Pot Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 -4 lbs chuck roast
4 medium carrots or 1 lb baby carrots, sliced
4 medium potatoes, cubed
2 celery ribs, sliced thin (optional)
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
3 cups water (I use a little flour to make gravy thicker)
Preparation

Put roast, potatoes, carrots, and celery in slow cooker.
Add onion soup mix and water.
Cover.
Cook on LOW 6-8 hours.
