Haddock And Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb haddock
    1 dash salt
    1/4 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
    1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 tablespoons butter
    1 1/2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Place haddock in casserole dish. Season with salt. Top with grated cheese's. Melt butter; toss with cracker crumbs. Spread cracker mix over the cheese-topped fish. Bake approximately 25 minutes at 350'.
