Tuna Fish Flan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    200 g tuna in brine, drained
    100 g potato chips, crushed
    175 g cheddar cheese, grated
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    50 g mushrooms, finely chopped
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 pint milk
    1 teaspoon chopped parsley (to garnish)
Preparation
    Mix tuna and crisps in a large bowl.
    Add cheese, onion and mushrooms mixing well.
    Stir in the eggs and milk again mix well.
    Spoon the mixture into a 10\" flan dish (no need to grease).
    Bake in a pre-heated oven 180 for 30-40 mins until set.
    Sprinkle with parsley and enjoy.
