Avocado-Cream Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large avocado, mashed
    2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    8 ounces cream cheese, softened
    1 tablespoon onion, minced fine
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon white pepper
    2 tablespoons milk
Preparation
    Cut avocado in half, remove pit and scoop out meaty part leaving shell.
    Place avocado in bowl and mash with potato masher.
    Add lemon juice, cream cheese, onion, salt, pepper and milk to avocado and beat with mixer until smooth.
    Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
