Rich Mango Lassi - cooking recipe
Ingredients

500 g plain yogurt
400 ml mango pulp
2 tablespoons condensed milk
1/2 cup water
Preparation

Put HALF of all ingredients in a blender and blend till well mixed.
Scrape sides with a spatula if necessary.
Test for sweetness and thickness and add condensed milk/water to achieve the a sweeter and thinner drink if you prefer.
Repeat with the second half.
