Chewy Chocolate Weetbix Slice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup brown sugar
    125 g unsalted butter
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 teaspoon vanilla essence
    2 tablespoons cocoa powder
    1 cup self raising flour
    1/2 cup shredded coconut
    1 cup crushed Weet-Bix (4-5)
    icing
    1 cup icing sugar
    2 tablespoons cocoa powder
    2 tablespoons milk (or to desired consistency)
Preparation
    preheat oven to 160c.
    lina a 20cm square slice tin.
    combine all ingredients in a bowl.
    press into tin HARD.
    bake for 20 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
    ICING.
    mix all three ingredients
    pour over slice and allow to cool in tin.
