Vermont Maple Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 cups mashed cooked pumpkin or 15 ounces canned pumpkin
3/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ginger
2 eggs
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 unbaked frozen pie shell (or your favorite)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350*.
Beat or blend all ingredients (except pie shell!) thoroughly and pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake for 45 minutes or until just firm in the center.
