Shrimp Starter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

500 g shrimp, cooked
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 - 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
1 large gherkin, diced
1 tablespoon capers, drained and rinsed
2 teaspoons mustard, made
1 spring onion, diced
to taste fresh black pepper, ground
Preparation

Place shrimp in a bowl.
Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over the shrimps, turning to coat well.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours for flavours to develop.
Serve in cocktail glasses and garnish with fresh chopped herbs.
