Royal Thai Siam Forest Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    salad
    1 head lettuce, torn
    1 cucumber, peeled, sliced
    1/2 cup carrot, grated
    2 tomatoes, sliced
    1 onion, thinly sliced
    4 eggs, hard boiled
    1 cup bean sprouts
    dressing
    2 tablespoons oil
    2 tablespoons peanut butter
    2 tablespoons red curry paste
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    1/2 cup peanuts, ground fine
    1 tablespoon sugar
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 cups coconut milk
    1/2 cup shallot, deep fried, could use french fried onions here
Preparation
    fry oil curry.
    chili powder.
    add finely chopped peanuts.
    add peanut butter.
    add sugar add lemon juice salt.
    coconut milk.
    shallot.
    bring to a boil.
    gently until oil rises.
    put in serving bowl.
    salad.
    lettuce on bottom.
    cucumber center.
    tomatoes either side next eggs.
    bean sprouts either side.
    carrot either side.
    onion 4 corners.
