Coconut Jasmine Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 ounces coconut milk (light good)
    4 ounces water
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 cup jasmine rice
Preparation
    Bring coconut milk, water and salt to a simmer.
    Add rice, cover and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
    OR.
    Use ricemaker.
