Reuben Lettuce Wrap - South Beach Diet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 leaf iceberg lettuce or 1 leaf cabbage
    1 slice lowfat swiss cheese
    1 slice pastrami
    1 tablespoon grainy mustard or 1 tablespoon sugar-free thousand island dressing
    2 tablespoons prepackaged coleslaw mix or 2 tablespoons sauerkraut
Preparation
    Open the lettuce or cabbage leaf on a plate.
    Place cheese on the leaf and top with pastrami.
    Spread mustard or dressing onto pastrami.
    Add coleslaw or sauerkraut.
    Roll up and secure with a toothpick.
