2 Hour Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 tablespoons yeast
    2 cups warm water
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup oil
    5 -6 cups flour
Preparation
    Dissolve 1/2 sugar in warm water add yeast and let dissolve.
    Beat Eggs in the other 1/2 of the sugar and oil until foamy.
    add Flour and salt knead well.
    let rise once -- when risen shape into buns and let rise when ready bake @ 375 for 12 - 15 min.
