1 (2 1/2-3 lb) fryer, cut up
salt and pepper
1 (8 ounce) carton French onion dip
1 1/2 cups crushed potato chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Coat each piece with onion dip and then with potato chip crumbs.
Place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour.
