Cinnamon Chip Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 cups flour
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon allspice
    1/4 teaspoon cardamom
    1/4 teaspoon ginger
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 eggs
    15 ounces pumpkin puree (about 1 3/4 cups)
    1/2 cup butter, melted
    3/4 cup cinnamon baking chips
Preparation
    Combine the dry ingredients.
    In another bowl beat the eggs well; add the pumpkin and butter. Slowly stir in the dry ingredients just until combined.
    Mix in the cinnamon chips.
    Bake in greased (or papered) muffin tins at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
